CARICOM clears air on skills certificate

A CARICOM official has cleared the air on the issuing of CARICOM Skills Certificate.

CARICOM Single Market and Economy (CSME) Specialist in Free Movement of Skills/Labour, Dr. Steven Mac Andrew said that a certificate could be sought by a national of another CARICOM country, without having to return to his/her homeland.

Dr. Mac Andrew gave explanation to Journalist Rawle Titus, who was a guest on the Straight Talk Programme on Friday.
