Chief Magistrate challenges attempts to remove her

Chief Magistrate Patricia Mark has filed a suit against the State in the High Court seeking declaration that the way in which the Ministry of Legal Affairs intends to remove her is a violation of the constitution.

Ms Mark has retained Dr Francis Alexis, himself a former Attorney General to argue her case against the State.

GBN's Tricia Reuben reports on the action of the Chief Magistrate.
