A former Parliamentary Secretary has endorsed Senator George Prime to win the Carriacou and Petit Martinique seat in the next general elections.

Lyle Bullen, who was Secretary for Carriacou Affairs during the period of the People’s Revolutionary Government (PRG), has called upon residents of the sister isles to throw their support behind Prime who is seeking to unseat the incumbent and member of the ruling New National Party (NNP), Elvin Nimrod.

Bullen, who also contested the 1999 General Elections for the defunct Maurice Bishop Patriotic Movement (MBPM), said unlike ‘ranting’ from the current administration Carriacou and Petit Martinique have not seen any substantial development.
