Prime Minister Dr. Keith Mitchell has bemoaned the tardiness of the justice system in Grenada.

Reacting to a recent Court ruling in Jamaica against a sitting Parliamentarian with United States Citizenship, Dr. Mitchell noted the length of time it took for the Court to make a ruling on the matter.

His reference was in the lengthy process in the Attorney General's case against opposition Parliamentarian Peter David who has Canadian Citizenship.
