PM Mitchell to file petition for CapBank report

Prime Minister Dr. Keith Mitchell is to file a petition to have receivers report on CapBank released to the public.

Dr. Mitchell, who is also the Finance Minister, said that it is in the interest of the public to have the report laid before the public.
